Joey King is completely unrecognizable in her Voldemort costume at the 2018 Just Jared Halloween Party presented by Carl’s Jr. at Goya Studios on Saturday (October 27) in Hollywood. The 19-year-old actress took advantage of her shaved head by transforming into the bald villain from the Harry Potter franchise, thanks to help from makeup artist
